Narrative Coffee Shop, Rhayader – Mid Wales

Boasting some of the best coffee in Mid Wales, Narrative coffee shop has won multiple awards and although they don’t have a lot on the menu, we came for the coffee and left very happy.

What is it?

Narrative is a minimalistic and speciality coffee shop in the beautiful town of Rhayader. Although the shop looks tiny from the front there is indoor seating on multiple levels.

What we had

We were hoping to get coffee and a cake from here but the very limited cake selection didn’t take our fancy so we opted to keep it simple with just a latte each. They give you the choice of 2 coffee beans one was 80p more and said to be fruitier, we don’t know lot about coffee so stuck with the house variety, which turned out to be a good choice, it was super smooth and delicious.

Narrative Coffee, Glan Wye House, West Street, Rhayader, LD6 5AD – Theres no customer parking here but is in the town, use Dark Lane car park, LD6 5DD, this is pay and display.
